- Made in house form because Josephine's favorite place to be was home.
- The medal medallion, called "Mary, Our Lady of Grace (or Miraculous Medal)" on the back is a replica of one that Josephine wore all the time.
- The medallion was designed by Catherine LaBoure, who after seeing apparitions of Mary, described her as being as radiant as a sunrise, and hence the sunrise on the front. The sunrise also lights from inside using a remote control.
- Three small urns, each also with the Miraculous Medal replicas and a sunrise, accompany the large urn so that each sibling can keep some of the cremains should s/he want to.
